Oops, forgot to say what I scored. The quiz said I could survive 229 days....in reality I think I could last a lot longer. I wasn't sure how many lbs. to list for food and guessed 600 lbs for 6 people. What wasn't calculated was I could provide fresh meat all year long by fishing and hunting on our property...but alas, the quiz was for being "trapped" in the house. In that case, I'm afraid I would go stir crazy if I could never leave the house, lol.

The amount of days I could last didn't seem correct so I retook the test, it still says I could last 2270 days.  That's over 6 ys!  |

I think they are overestimating. Maybe they think I will eat the pets and the two other people.  |

Make sure you don't count anything outside of your house....like cows, chickens, going fishing, and hunting.
I have no clue how much 600 lbs of food is, so mine is probably way off. I know I could feed everyone for at least a year just eating stuff in the house. Wouldn't be what we are use to, but it would be food.
Can you imagine being inside your house for six years without going outside? Whoa....I'd go crazy, lol.

487 days for me, and that is assuming I would eat my pets, which I would not!
I was also happy to find from that site that if need be my body would feed 13 cannibals!!

Margie Margie, my body would feed 16!! I thought I was the only one who took the other tests Deb,I didn't include any food that was frozen or fresh, just what I have canned/stored/in buckets. I guess having all of that storage could come in handy.  I just can't imagine staying indoors for 6 yrs without power, phones or the internet. |

Oh gosh, I didn't even see the cannibal quiz, lol. I went and took it and I would feed 12. I'm so glad I am tall, because if I was a little bit shorter I would have fed more, lol. I finally figured out the other quiz too...its not the amount of food I am putting in. I need to get rid of the kids!!  |

I said 2 pounds of non-perishibles. I would last 22 days. (And lose that 30 pounds of belly fat no doubt!)  |

Terri, I did the quiz both ways and only had an extra 5 days with the pets as food. They seemed relieved to know they were safe! I just can't imagine eating my pets-they're my best friends.  |

ME and mine will survive for 400 days, not counting the pets. They are my children, not meal plans.
