Why go to a restaurant when you can prepare delicious restaurant-style appetizers in your own kitchen? The Sleuth, who writes the popular “Top Secret Recipes” books, offers plenty of mouth-watering recipes that let you create the same food you find in popular restaurants. Browse the recipes, which include step-by-step directions and ingredient lists, or check out the weekly Secret Recipe. The Sleuth also discusses secret tools, such as a tool that slices an onion to create an onion bloom (as in, Outback Steakhouse’s original Bloomin’ Onion). If you like to eat while you read, browse the Sleuth’s collection of food-oriented urban legends. The Sleuth explains (and shoots down) each urban legend with flair. www.topsecretrecipes.com/home.asp

What a great site! I just got the recipe for Heinz Ketchup DH loves that stuff; I but it in bulk sizes and he's the only one who eats it. I'm going to give this a shot and not tell him to see if he notices. I hope this works!! Now I just need to get him out of the house long enough to make it... /VM

Thank you; years ago I found a recipe for Gen Tso's chicken and it was great. Two moves and three computers later; I can't find it in any of my files. Maybe I can search around and find another version instead of having to order it as take out!! ;D
