We had some fruit tending toward overripe, so I asked the hubby to bring home yoghurt and we would all have smoothies. Lovely man bought four pounds. This is probably entirely my fault, as he knows I never buy just one of anything; if the price is right, I buy four - if the price is half off, I buy the whole shelf.
So now have a big two pound tub of plain yoghurt in my fridge. How will I get rid of this stuff? I've already made smoothies and frozen yoghurt. Some sort of bread maybe?

Hey chili, what kind of yoghurt did he buy? If it's vanilla flavoured, well...can't help you there. If it's plain, then kiss his feet because he just did you a huge favour!!! I (singlehandley) go through 2 - 3 tubs of plain yoghurt a week. DH won't touch the stuff but anyway... - Add some lemon juice, dill and white pepper and you have a great sauce for fish or a salad. - Mix it with equal parts mayo and use in tuna spread, chicken salad or coleslaw - Make Tzatziki - Use as a facial (you can get a ton of recipes and variations by mixing it with everything from fruit and honey to oatmeal and mashed potato flakes) Yoghurt is GREAT! /VM Edited to add: I just reread your post and see that it is plain yoghurt. You're in luck! I'm going to give you a karma point to pass along to your hubby. ;D
