Help a poor gal out. We love the Cheeseburger Pie and eat it twice a month, regular. A few days ago, disaster happened! The JUMBO box of Bisquik doesn't have the recipe (printed on the inside of the standard box). I fudged from memory but it wasn't the same texture. It's the amount of milk, eggs and Bisquik you whip to pour over the filling that I can't recall.
Thanks muchly!

I just checked and here's the recipe as printed on the box of diet Bisquick: 1/2 c Bisquick, 1 c skim milk, 2 eggs (An easy way to remember might be to start with 1/2 c Bisquick then double for the amount of milk then double for the amount of eggs.) DH loooooooves Cheeseburger Pie. Enough that he almost forgives me for serving him chicken and rice (my personal favourite) every week. Happy cooking! /VM

You brilliant woman! I knew someone would pull through for me. And I had that all sorts of wrong, I kinda guessed from the Chicken Salsa pie thing and used 1 c. Bisquik, 1 c. milk and two eggs. We make two pies, so I was one-third correct. ETA: Hold up, they make a diet Bisquik?

I don't use Bisquick anymore so I'm glad Via could help with the recipe. I use Aldi's brand and it doesn't have all the great recipes. But I did a search and here's a recipe site with pages of Bisquick recipes!! ;D I thought there may be others that you've tried and loved and can't find. www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/cat/158/0.shtml
