I like to use onion in mine, sometimes pickle. What about you?

Also, a little prepared mustard... Egg salad sounds good right now. Since we don't have chickens anymore, will have to pick up some of those white, store-bought (yuck!) ones. BTW - haven't heard the expression "ish" since visiting relatives in Minnesota last year. Nappy

Eggs, relish, dry mustard and mayo. BUT I have to be in the mood to like it. Most of the time I find the idea of eating it revolting. About 3-4 times a year I crave it though.

I'm like that too momo. Only a few times a year, once I've had it I can not think of eating it again for a while. It's kind of silly, but if I cut the sandwich into 4 triangles and eat it that way, I enjoy it more. It's the only time I cut a sandwich into so many pieces, lol. Probably goes back to when my mom had brunch day with her ladies club and I snuck pieces of sandwiches which were cut this way. I marked onions, because besides mayo and mustard that is the only thing I would likely add. I've never heard of pickles in egg salad before. Although I add pickle juice to deviled eggs, so I bet it would taste good.

Remember how I said raisins and catsup will kill you? Well, I forgot about egg salad. Add that to the list. But looking at the bright side, I can promise I'll never knock you down and take your egg salad sandwich away from you. ;D /VM
