SEVEN LAYERED SALAD
Lettuce 1 can Ranch Style Beans, drained 1 medium onion chopped ½ bag corn chips, or more 1 to 2 eggs, boiled and sliced ½ bottle Ranch Dressing 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, or more
Layer ingredients in order. Chill 2-4 hours
SIX LAYER SALAD
Lettuce, chopped ¼ cup onion, chopped ¼ cup green peppers, chopped ¼ cup frozen green peas (cooked and cooled) 1 ½ cups mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sugar 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Layer in large bowl; lettuce, onion, peppers, and peas. Frost completely with mayonnaise and sugar. Add bacon and cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Do not, stir or add anything else other then seasons. Chill in refrigerator overnight.

BLUEBERRY SALAD
1 cup blueberry pie filling 1 medium can crushed pineapples 2 packages Concord grape jello (use only 2 cups water)
Mix all ingredients together and set in refrigerator until congealed.
Topping: ½ pint sour cream 1 Tablespoon vanilla ½ cup pecans 8 ounce cream cheese ½ cup sugar
Mix all ingredients real well. Pour over congealed mixture. Add a few blueberries on top for decoration.
CHERRY SALAD
1 can cherry pie filling 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained 1 large Cool Whip 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 cup pecans, chopped
Mix milk and Cool Whip together. Stir in pie filling, pineapple and nuts. Chill
Pasta Salad 1 bag cork-screw noodles-multi color 1 package parmesan fresh, shredded 2 can black olives, sliced 1 bottle (16 ounces) Italian dressing (Wishbone)
Cook noodles, drain. Add rest of the ingredients. Put in refrigerator until chilled.

Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
3 large cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced 1 cup white vinegar 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt dash red hot pepper dash dried parsley dash black pepper dash basil
Directions Combine all ingredients except cucumbers and heat until sugar melts. Pour over cucumbers. Store in an airtight container. Keeps well for several days.

Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli, separate in florets 1 head cauliflower, separate in florets 6 green onions, chopped fine 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved 2 stalks celery, chopped fine 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 1 package Ranch salad dressing
Directions
Combine all vegetables. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and Ranch dressing mix. Pour over vegetables and toss until coated. Chill. Very pretty served in halved green, red & yellow peppers.
