I am thinking about doing a small cookbook for my niece when she goes to collage in the fall. My sister said her food is paid for in the cafe. In case she wants any snacks in the dorm I would like to have simple stuff she can make.
She can have a crock pot, microwave, not sure about a toaster over yet.
Does anyone have any ideas for quick and simple recipes I can put in her cookbook?
