Ok, here's the list of things I want to use up within the next few days. It's a long story how I ended up with all this but now I have to deal with it. I also have all of the spices, canned & frozen veggies, rice, noodles, pasta and pantry ingredients to make pretty much anything out of these-I just have hit a wall as far as ideas of what to make. If your suggestion can be frozen-that's cool too! ;D 2# Sweet Italian Sausage 2 1/2# Boneless Pork Loin Cheddar cheese Colby cheese Monteray Jack cheese 4 Big Sweet Potatoes 1 bunch Cilantro 3# tomatillos 4 ripe tomatoes 4 cucumbers Plus some things that don't need to be used now but could be incorporated into menu suggestions: 2# carrots 5 # Russet Potatoes 2 pks of Parsnips 3# Yellow Onions 1 loaf 9 grain bread 1 loaf Potato & Grain Bread 2 doz eggs Ok, Ladies & Gentlemen; give me your menu ideas!

Well how about using the nine grain bread and making sausage sub sandwiches making a sauce with the maters, tomatillos, cilantro, onions and topping with melted jack cheese.
The pork loin and sweet potatoes are a natural combo.
Now I'm getting hungry!

Oh, man, I could go to town on that! OK, first thing that hit me is this: Fry some potatoes and onions with the sausage, beat a bunch of eggs and pour over, stirring until set, then add some of those tomatoes, chopped up, and top with shredded cheeses. Turn the heat off and put a lid on until the cheese is melted, then slide that puppy out onto your plate and eat until you have to unbutton your pants. I would call that a "Country Scramble." ;D Or... Eggs and bread: french toast Eat the cucumbers by themselves... just sprinkle a little salt on before you take the next bite. Oh, how I miss that! Ditto what Momo said about the pork loin and the sweet potatoes! Also, I'd take some of the carrots, parsnips and onions, steam or boil them, then mash them with butter, salt and garlic powder. If you have a little cream cheese or sour cream, throw that in, too. You could also roast those same veggies, just toss them in a little olive oil, sprinkle with some herbs (or cilantro) and bake at 400 till they're fork-tender. I don't use cilantro, so I don't know if you'd like it on roasted veggies, but it's an idea. I can't really say anything about the tomatillos 'cause I've never had one. But I think I covered most of the other stuff. ~Lannie

Forget the suggestions Let's all go to Kathy's to eat! LOL
You could make a pizza with a lot of the things you have.
If you can't use it all up can you donate it to a food bank or something like that?
