Great link, thanks! I use to make rose petal jelly all the time. I found the recipe in one of the Euell Gibbons books. The only thing I can add about the recipes is to be sure and snip off the bottom ends of the petals (the white part) cause it tends to add a bitter off flavor; to the jelly at least. Rose petal flavor always tastes like fruit punch to me, LOL. Weird, huh?
Lavender is tasty too....
