Trying them for the first time this year, any advice? I am going to start them indoors tomorrow.

I'll be anxious to learn along with you, Auntie. Unfortunately, eggplant is one of the few things I gave up trying to start indoors. I just had a difficult time getting the timing right on it, or maybe my basement wasn't warm enough, so I have just been buying my plants the last few yrs. Yet up here, it's hard to even find the plants. Deb  |

It has been several years since I tried to start my own seeds. I quit because I could get what I wanted anyway, but that has changed over the years. I guess my gardening is moving in a different direction than the mainstream stuff.
