That's what my container garden harvest has been so far except for some herbs. ;D The cukes are loaded with blossoms and so are the summer squash. There's one eggplant that should be harvestable in about a week. My tomatoes are loaded with blossoms but there's not a single baby tomato and I see the bees doing their thing. That one has me baffled=pollination but no fruit. I don't think that's so great of a harvest considering we're into July but at least it's a start. I do think the heavy feeding actually stunted the growth for a bit-maybe it was too much of a good thing.

mmmmm, you should make a zucchini boat! I was just telling dh the other day that because I didn't put zucchini in this year no one will offer me their extras. Now if I had my own growing, I would have people begging me to take their extra's. Here is my recipe for zucchini boats Take a large zucchini and cut it lengthwise in half. Scoop out the meat part and shred it. Add ground beef, rice, tomato, olives, cheese (actually any of your garden stuff) Mix all of it with the shredded zucchini and put in oven at 350 for at least an hour depending on how big the zuke is. I flavor with pepper and chives.

Wow. Go girl. That is great, Kathy. I hope you took pictures. Makes me think maybe all that rototilling isn't worth it. I figured I would come home to nothing but weeds, but my dad did a wonderful job of keeping mine going when he came down to check on things. I have eaten quite a variety, and I guess he took quite a bit home with him. Deb
