Do you use grow lights or flourescent lights to get them going? I've tried the flourescent type but the plants still got leggy. Good luck with your babies, they grow up so fast!

Nice!!! Its another week before I will start my tomatoes and eggplant and I just cant wait. There is a light at the end of the snow tunnel, this morning the birds seem to be all in a twitter, and lots more of them too! I think I even saw some black birds! Still, there is always a big snow storm in march.....

I'm gonna start some seeds soon... hard to think about that when it's been subzero for decades (or so it feels) and the ground has that nasty white crap covering it still.

Checked my babies this morning. Almost all of them are 1 inch tall already!!! It must have been the heating pad DH put under the tray.
