Wondering if anyone has had any luck growing lemon grass? I have a resturant that wants to contract an acre of it. Will it grow in S Ohio?

Here's a link to some information. Apparently it's a plant that's fairly sensitive to cold, but it sounds like it MIGHT overwinter if it could be mulched heavily. An acre of it should be an impressive sight. Lots of 6-ft. clumps! Hope it turns into a going enterprise for you. www.floridata.com/ref/C/cymb_cit.cfm

Ohhh, that would be so beautiful!
I had two plants, but they were in more shade then I thought and didn't grow and then when winter came it killed the plants. The leaves sure were sharp!
Sorry I couldn't help, but just had to comment how impressive an acre of the stuff would be.
