Beef "Chorizo"
1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef 2 Tbsp Chili Powder 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Black Pepper (coarse) 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Directions Combine all ingredients and blend well. Allow mixture to marinate over night or for 2-3 hours. Cook well. Traditionally served with eggs and flour tortillas.
Note: Chorizo is made with pork. If you prefer pork over beef, substitute with a like amount.

I always wondered how they made that stuff. I think I am going to try it with some ground turkey I have. I will report back.
