Baked fried chicken~ looking for recipe

Anyone have a good recipe for "baked" fried chicken?

I've had it at others homes but I've never found a good recipe. Hopefully, one of our resident chefs will have the Perfect oven friend chicken recipe.

Not sure what you are asking, but is it oven baked chicken with a crust like fried chicken?

I use seasoned bread crumbs. Take your chicken and dip it in a couple scrambled eggs and roll in crumbs and bake it as normal except don't turn the chicken. Comes out crispy but moist.

To flavor it up some, instead of eggs you can use mustard, bbq sauce, garlic sauce ect.

Now, my mom gushed about using crushed up potato chips instead of bread crumbs so I tried it once. It was really good, but kind of defeats the purpose of eating healthy chicken. Hmmm, actually so does bread crumbs, lol.
