I have to share this recipe. It is so easy and delicious. Try it just once and I think you will agree.
Mix: 1 cup mayo, not miracle whip 1 cup shredded parmesan salt pepper garlic powder onion powder
I season it until it tastes good to me. Then spread this over 4 chicken breasts. It takes about 45 minutes at 350. No need to cover while baking. Enjoy

That does sound good. I'll have to get some mayo since I only have Miracle Whip but I've got everything else including the chicken breasts. ;D
I know what I'm having on Saturday! What do you serve with it-the sides??

I usually serve with rice and whatever vegetable I have on hand. It is the best baked chicken, so moist.

Niki, I finally made the Cheesy Chicken and OMG was it good! ;D I Hate, absolutely hate mayo so I was hesitant. I couldn't taste it at all and if there was a hint of what it was I'd have been the first to complain. ;D Not only was this quick & easy but it was tender and delicious. For those following a low carb way of eating-this would be a low carb gourmet entree! I'm going to be making this for company in a couple of weeks-it was that good! Thanks Hogflats!!
