Rogue, do you just keep it in the fridge or do you can it? I was wondering if I could double or triple the recipe( (I have a 7qt crockpot) and can the rest? I love peaches so this sounds really good. Ummm, homemade bread, peach butter and a good cup of Gevalia coffee!!

It usually doesn't last long here and I don't make an enormous batch at a time so I just stick it in the fridge. Since everything else can be canned I would assume one could use the processing time for peaches and can it (don't quote me on that though because I have never done it and don't know for certain but see no reason why you couldn't).
