Tried this the other night for the first time. Great if you are watching your carbs too!
Brush some Dijon Mustard on a boneless chicken breast. Then take some fried onions (the kind in the can) and crush them up in a plastic bag. Throw the mustard covered chicken in the bag of fried onion bits and shake shake shake.
Bake in the oven at 350 degree's for 40 minutes.
The chicken stays very moist and the onions give you some crunchy on your chicken, lol.

That sounds good; I like chicken & onions!! I've got to start watching the carbs again-I was a baaddd girl over the holidays and now it's time to step away from the evil carb filled pantry. ;D

wonders if this would be ok in a crock pot.... would loose the crispy, but should taste yummy...... hmmmmms
