1 pound ground chuck 1 pound hot sausage 1 can cream of mushroom 1 can tomato soup 1 small bell pepper (chopped) 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 package noodles (regular size) Lots and lots of grated cheese (American, Velveeta, or Cheddar)
Sauté ground chuck and sausage with onions and peppers until meat in brown. Drain well. Add to cooked noodles. Add soups and grated cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese is all melted.
I got this recipe from a co-worker years ago.
