CROCKPOT LASAGNA
2 cans spaghetti sauce 2 lbs ground beef, uncooked ( I use turkey) 1 lb box lasagna noodles, uncooked 1 tub ricotta cheese 1 pkg mozzarella cheese Chopped onions, uncooked Chopped carrots, uncooked Italian seasoning Garlic powder
In your crock-pot, pour a small amount of sauce, then start layering the ingredients (sauce, noodles, meat, mozzarella, seasonings, carrots, onions, ricotta) until you add sauce last. Cook on low for 4 hours, just before serving add a layer of mozzarella cheese and let melt.
(I would think cooked beef or cooked turkey would work )

That sounds good and really easy! Hmm, I have everything here and a crockpot! ;D I think I'll be making an Italian dinner later this week. Some fresh homemade garlic breadsticks and a salad and dinners ready!!

Hi Katrina, I'm sorry I missed welcoming you. I hope you like it here. I never did make that lasagna but one of these days I will finally get around to it.

If I make this 2-3 layers deeper, do I have to cook it longer? I got a crock pot better made for soups than this.
