1/2 cup beef broth 4 tbs ketchup 1 tsp worchestershire sauce 1 tsp dijon mustard 4 beef steaks 1 to 2 medium yellow onions (depends on how much you like 'em) thinly sliced. 2 tbs butter 1/4 tsp garlic salt salt and pepper to taste
1. mix together in a large measuring cup, broth, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, mustard, spices. Set aside 2. In a large heavy skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and stir for about 3 minutes. 3. Cover skillet and reduce heat to medium low. Alow onions to cook for about 5 minutes, or until softened and golden. 4. Remove cooked onions with a slotted spoon to a plate, leaving any fat in skillet. Set aside. 5. Increase heat under skillet to medium high, add steaks to skillet (you can add a little oil if your steaks are very lean) Cook steaks for 3-6 minutes per side, depending on how well you like them cooked. 6. Transfer steaks to a plate, and keep warm. 7. Return onions to skillet, add broth/ketchup liquid to skillet. Cook, stirring until heated and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour sauce over steaks and serve immediately.

Sounds yummy. Going to try this one. Especially since the weather has been yucky and haven't been able to use the BBQ.
