Just sharing what we use ours for. dip naturally or
We make hamburgers and spoon some on it
Tostada shells covered with refried beans and meat cooked in taco seasoning and then top with the dip
Grilled boneless chicken breast. Pour desired amount onto breasts(not those Kathy......the CHICKEN BREASTS)
Take a flour tortilla add precooked cubed chicken breast and marinara sauce and whatever else you like in enchiladas cover with dip and microwave for two minutes.
Fajitas. Make your meats as usual grilled onions etc and when wrapping in flour tortillas add a lil dip.
We often use the dip as you can tell like you would ketsup etc like a nice condiment.
Anyone else got any ideas for it besides just dip???

Those sound good!! I wonder how it would be on a piece of grilled trout or cod?? I love my foods spicy; and I found I can get Rotel in either mild and hot. ;D Needless to say, I get the hot.

I like putting it on a baked potato when the dip is spicy.
