Apple, Bacon, Cheddar Sandwich
8 slices bacon 6 ounces grated Cheddar cheese 4 slices of bread Granny Smith apple-peeled, seeded and thinly sliced Butter
Fry bacon, drain with paper towel.
Butter 1 slice of bread put in a non-stick skillet. Top with some of the Cheddar, half the apple slices, half the bacon, then more Cheddar. Put butter on another slice of bread. Cook over medium-low heat. Cook until the cheese has melt and bread is golden brown. About 2-3 minutes. Use spatula to turn on the other side very carefully. Cook other side until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown.
You can use spatula to flatten sandwich. Makes two sandwiches. The apples in this sandwich makes this sandwich have a crispy taste.
