48 baked tortilla chips 1/2 cup reduced fat mayo 1 tsp chopped canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce 1 tbsp fresh lime juice 3/4 pound lump crab meat 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp finely chopped peeled jicama 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onions 2tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 tbsp finely chopped celery 1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
1. preheat oven to 350 2. arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on baking sheets 3. combine mayo, chile, and juice and stir with a whisk 4. combine crab and all other ingredients except avacado and add to mayo mixture. stirring until well combined. 5. spoon about 1 tbsp of mixture onto each chip and bake at 350 for five minutes or until thoroughly heated.

I'm going to try this one! Sounds wonderful! Thanks for posting it. (I really need to take a day and read through each and every recipe posted here and somehow save them so I can find them easily....there are so many recipe's here in such a short time! Very cool)
