1 box lemon cake mix 1 box lemon Jello pudding mix 4 whole eggs ½ cup Crisco oil 1 (10 ounce) can 7-Up
Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until done.
PINEAPPLE ICING: 1 ½ cup sugar 1 can crushed pineapple 1 tablespoon flour 2 whole eggs, beaten 1 stick butter
Put all ingredients in pan. Cook until thick. Ice cake.

Oh that sounds so good!! I love anything lemon and this is triple lemony!! ;D That frosting sounds decadent!

My mother used to make this for us when we were kids. It was one of my faves.

My MIL made that on the 4th, it was delicious!! She makes it with orange pop too..

My MIL made that on the 4th, it was delicious!! She makes it with orange pop too.. Becca, does she use the orange cake mix then or just the orange pop? I was thinking orange cake mix, orange pop and maybe some mandarin oranges in the frosting. Dang that sounds good! ;D

Oh my Star i just seen this post.. I was looking at the 7-up cake again.. I will check with her though.. and i'm making a copy of this recipe too!!
