1 (4-servings) package Jello sugar-free vanilla Cook and Serve (not instant) 1 (4-servings) package Hello sugar-free cherry Jello 1 1/4 cups water 1 1/2 cans (1-16 ounces) (2 cups) tart red cherries packed in water, drained 2 unbacked pie crust
In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry Jello, water and cherries. Cook over medium-heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat. Let cool.
Prick pie crust with fork several times, cook pie crust about 3 minute, let cool. Add cherry pie filling on top one crust. Put the other pie crust on top of the filling. Trim around edges. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes until golden brown.
