1 (3 ounces) package sugar-free vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant) 1 (3 ounces) package sugar-free strawberry Jello 2 1/2 cups cold water 4 cups fresh strawberries (not frozen!) 1 pie crust (9 inch) Light Cool Whip
Mix pudding, gelatin, and water in saucepan; stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat, cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Arrange strawberries in pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over strawberries. Chill until set. Serve with Cool Whip topping. Serves 6-8
