ÉCLAIR CAKE
2 small pkgs French vanilla instant pudding 3 cups milk 1 8 oz Cool Whip Chocolate graham crackers Ready to spread fudge icing
Mix pudding and milk, when pudding thickens fold in Cool Whip. Line a 9 X 13 pan with graham crackers. Spread with a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers, ending with the pudding mixture. Placed iced graham crackers on top of the pudding. Cover with foil and refrigerate 48 hours.
