Corn Flake Cookie Bars
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
7 cups corn flakes
Directions:
Mix sugar and corn syrup in 4-quart saucepan.
Stir over low heat until sugar is melted and syrup is clear.
Stir in peanut butter & vanilla. Stir in corn flakes.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet & press to make an even layer or you can drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper.
Cool then cut into bars or store drop cookies in an airtight container.
