Tried this over the weekend. If you are a person who has a sweettooth (like my dh) this is for you. I could only eat a few bites (not big on sweet stuff) but it is very good and easy. Place some frozen bread rolls in a oiled pan, let rise over night or all day. Take a small package of butterscotch instant pudding and sprinkle over rolls after they rise. Put some slivers of butter over all. Cook at 350 degree's for 24 minutes. They look hmmm, different, but it is like eating cinnamon rolls or should I say "Butterscotch rolls"

Oh that sounds good. Yum !!
Do you know if they make packages of butterscotch instant pudding that doesn't have dairy in it?

Is there dairy in the mix before you add milk? I have no clue it's just kind of funny because when my mom was telling me about this I could not picture how you cook pudding on top of rolls until she told me you don't mix up the pudding but just sprinkle the powder over the rolls, lol.
Well duh!!! I just went and looked on the package and it says contains less then 2% nonfat milk. Bummer
You would think with so many people lactose intolerant that the jello people would come up with something without milk.
