Cream of Coconut Cake
1 Box White Cake Mix
1 Can of Cream of Coconut (not coconut milk!)
1 Can of Eagle Brand Milk
2 Regular Size tubs of Cool Whip-extra creamy is even better
2 Bags of Frozen Fresh Coconut
Bake Cake according to package directions.
While the cake is in the oven, run your sink full of hot water and submerse the cans of Cream of Coconut and Eagle Brand Milk. This makes them easier to pour onto cake.
When the cake comes out of the oven, punch holes all in it with a fork. Pour the can of Cream of Coconut and the Can of Eagle Brand Milk on top.
Chill in the refrigerator, until it is cool.
Top with Cool Whip and Fresh Frozen Coconut.
Keep Cool!
