Crust
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 cup butter, softened
Filling
4 eggs 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/3 cup frozen margarita mix concentrate thawed 2 teaspoons grated lime peel 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350. In large bowl mix crust ingredients with electric mixer until crumbly. Press mixture firmly in bottom of ungreased 13X9 pan. Bake 20 to 25 mins or until golden brown.
Meanwhile beat eggs slightly in large bowl. Mix in granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and baking powder until well blended. Stir in margarita mix and lime peel.
Remove pan from oven. Pour filling over warm crust. Bake 18-22 mins or until top is golden brown and filling is set. Cool completely.
Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

hmmm tequila to taste.
tequila and powdered sugar.........ya know that sounds pretty good lol.

hmmm tequila to taste. tequila and powdered sugar.........ya know that sounds pretty good lol. And in a SHTF scenerio, if you use enough tequila, they can double as candles if you light them.

That recipe sounds good. We're not real big dessert eaters (you'd never guess by looking) but that one sounds quite tasty and easy enough that even I should be able to make it. It's gonna be printed off and saved. Thanks.
