No, I wrote about it on one of the posts-the lady had someone come and buy All of her layers and she sold them to him.  That's ok, maybe it was for the best with me starting work again. I'm just going to wait for spring and get 1day old chicks-then I can make pets out of all of them!  Don't you know as soon as there's a new critter here, I will bore you all with pictures!   |

I just got home from Memphis but I wanted to tell you, I didn't get any poultry catalogs yet but I have All of their websites. I'm thinking of a mixture of New Hampshires, Barred Rocks and maybe some Brahma's or Cochins since they're such nice broody gals.  I'd love a few Aracauna's or Americauna's but I wonder if egg customers would be put off by green or blue eggs? Kaza, I was on the road when you called and I don't answer the cell phone when there's heavy traffic on the freeways. I'll be around over the weekend, give me a ring again.  |
