his brother from last year's litter is 30 inches tall at the withers and 120 pounds. (I shoulda taken his pic to dern it! next time I will)

I think I'll teach him to track... not sure why, no particular reason, just that I did it before and it's a lotta fun. (My getting lost in the swamp and wishin they had trackin dogs has nothing to do with it) Kaza |

OK folks, first I have to tell ya'll that due to things beyond my control, I ended up with Jake's sister, and I named her Jade. She is a lighter brown, and where the tan points are, is brindle colored. She turned 9 weeks old today. She's doing great! She walks on a leash, knows the command "sit", is housebroken (can only last 6 hours though) walks very well on a leash and comes when called. Not bad for 9 weeks. ;D She's my lil sidekick. My son snapped a picture today when we were outside working. (actually, he snapped it when I sat for a break and was cuddlin Jade, so when I post it, please ignore the touseled hair and my lack of ummmm... "preparedness") Kaza |

Aw, Jade is a cutie (and Jake too!) I love dogs when they are that size as puppies. Just so darn cuddly. You are going to have a constant buddy this summer as you work around your place. Thanks for sharing the pics. |

Reckon I should explain.... (thought I already had, guess I was wrong).
Due to things beyond my control, I ended up with Jade, Jake's sister. Long story, but that's the jest of it. So I have Jade, instead of Jake. She's my sidekick and I adore her.

Starfire, we're buddies. Teaching her to track... maybe one day I'll certify her to use when hunters go missin around here. Her obedience training is going well so far, she sure learns fast!

Not sadly JuJu..... they mature into loyal companions.... willing and eager to listen to ALL your woes (no matter now rudely or politicaly incorrect they may be).. they ask little, and give SO much!!!
