Ha! The calm, easy-going dog scores BIG!! Bachelor, the buoyant extrovert, is usually in the limelight, but late last night/early this morning was Pepper's moment to shine. Wonder Woman almost always sleeps on her side and wears umm, undies and a large t-shirt. Pepper usually sleeps for a while beside her until I come to bed (I'm a night owl), then gets down and sleeps at the foot of the bed. Last night WW was sleeping on top of the covers on her side as usual. As I was sliding into bed Pepper started to get up to move and almost as an afterthought turned his head gave her a good goosing with his cold nose. Cold nose + warm flesh = quite a squawk!! I about died laughing. . . WITH her, not AT her, of course! Had an awful time getting to sleep after that. This morning Pepper was just lying there sleeping the sleep on the innocent. Good Boy!
