Millie has always slept in the bed with me since she was a 6 weeks old, she is now 11 yrs. old.
I know some people don't let their pets sleep with them.
Do you or dont you?

Ummmm.... does this answer your question? Yes, I was IN that bed a couple of minutes before I took that picture. Since Shogie's been gone, I now have Becca and Flash (one on each side) and usually between 1 to 4 cats on the bed with me. There are times when I'd love to be able to stretch out, but I can't figure out how to keep all the critters off the bed. Even if I start out with none, they sneak up there as soon as I fall asleep! ~Lannie

Ya, both Lucky & Goldie sleep with me, I've always had my critters in bed at night since I left my parents home. They didn't let us have indoor pets. Lannie, that is a neat picture! In SD, I'm sure the extra warmth doesn't hurt either.

That picture cracks me up, because those animals look so comfy and use to sleeping in bed, lol.
I don't like animals sleeping with us. So the dogs don't even try to get on our bed but they do sleep with the boys. If the boys go to bed and the dogs don't follow them, usually the boys will call them back to their rooms because the boys say petting the dogs puts them to sleep faster, lol.

No critters in the bed. Dh has an issue not me. When my first cat was inside and his chihuahua I would let them sleep in bed with me when he was on midnights. But both of those are gone now so the only indoor animal is ds' taco dog and he has been taught not to get in the bed. Doesn't stop him from catching a nap with one of the kids on the sofa though.

Deb, actually, that big king-sized waterbed was completely Shogie's. He *allowed* some of the rest of us to sleep with him. He always seemed to get the middle part, though! LOL!
What I forgot to mention, and you can't see in that picture, is on the floor at the foot of the bed was Flash, and on the floor between the bed and the window was Thumper. Puma (the light orange tabby) was cussing Thumper out for daring to poke his nose above the edge of the bed just before I snapped the photo. I'm sure the other dogs would have been up there, too, if the cats would have let them.
Also, that was when we were back in Redmond. I'd kill to have so much room around the outside of the bed now! Here, nothing but a cat can squeeze between the bed and the wall on the far side. You should see me trying to make the bed - it's pretty hysterical.

Well I got to let my husband in bed sometime!!! Wait, you said pets, not animals haha! Um.. yep! Here is a pic of me in bed, just woke up with kitties LOL Usually when we're sleeping though we got Rascal between us and Mystic ontop of me. Rascal likes to sleep under the covers with his head next to mine on the pillow (I sleep with the covers over my shoulders) He's so human! LOL Once in a while Somber will lay next to me too. We need a larger bed, Rascal is a huge hog for a small kitty.
