Acck!! New project with a DEADLINE!!!

OK... I have just been invited to a SCA event that I have to dress "up" for. Not my usual "wench garb" either. Which means I'll have to make at least TWO semi-formal rennisance dresses!!! The event is Father's day weekend...I know, I know... but it only SOUNDS far away! (where's that hair pullin out smiley?) lol

This means the quilt (the latest one I started) will have to go on hold so I can do these new projects... (this is how it always starts).....

I'll thumb through my patterns and try to keep ya'll updated as to how I'm doing.... (but feel free to offer a lil kick in the buttocks to keep me goin on this) ;D

I've wondered how it is being part of SCA. Love the idea of dressing up.

But, I think you can do it. Just use every short cut you know, that will not show on the outside of the garments.
