Ok guys...I have a challenge for you. I'm making a purse and I'm going to tell you about it. The problem is that I want it to be reversable but I'm having some issues with that. You take a 30" square of 2 materials; sew right sides together (like a pillow); turn; press; topstitch around it; turn square on diagonal(diamond) and fold the 2 outside corners in to the middle; sew the "square" in the middle; fold in half with the "flaps" to the outside. That's as far as I've gotten. The outside edge must, of course, be sewn and add a strap. My question is that when I sew the outside edge and place the straps, I've made it impossible to reverse. Got it? These purses are very popular and sell for anywhere between $10 and $30. I want to make enough of these and sell them so I can order more collar hardware...which is what I really like doing. See if any of you can come up with an answer. I double dog dare ya....
