Best place to buy a digital camera?

I am going to get a digital camera soon!

I am taking the advice of you that have posted here about buying a digital camera.

So where is the best place to buy a digital camera maybe under $200 (just to start and learn how to use) then later I will get a better one.

I have checked out Wal-Mart but don't really see one I like.

I have also thought about Wolfe Camera and Best Buys but I haven't checked the cameras out there yet.

So where did you buy your digital camera?

after doing alot of research I ordered mine off the web. If your not sure which one you want then I would recomend a camera shop as they will have more information specific to the camera's electronics then a wal mart or something like that. For the most part best buy usually has pretty good people that know what they are talking about. I wouldnt trust circuit city tho. I have talked to the people there and my little nephew knows more then most of them do
