I love those little pepperoni sticks they sell in the store - SlimJiims and HotRods.- so I want to try to make them. Does anyone else make pepperoni or salami? Will you share the recipe with me?

Those are good, especially the Hot Rods! ;D I've never made them but I bought a book for my son from 'The Sausagemaker' that gives instructions & recipes. I did make pepperoni using a recipe from the paper. I didn't use casings. It was good but it wasn't a slimjim. I'm oing to have to tweak the spices to get the flavour right. I also need to use less salt than the recipe called for. Othrwise, not a bad first attempt.
