Thanks Kaza, I'm going to check it out. I have a lot of frozen fruits with no sugar in them so I think I could use those to make jam.
Ohh, homemade jam and some homemade bread-just perfect for a wintery weekend project. ;D

That's what I was thinking Kathy!! lol
I tend to start "investigating" methods and learning new stuff in the winter when I can't garden etc.
