2 1/2 tablespoons paprika 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano 1 tablespoon dried leaf thyme
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in air tight container.
This is Emeril's creole seasoning. I put it on a lot of things.

It tastes a lot like Tony Chachere. I cant live without my Tonys.

It tastes a lot like Tony Chachere. I cant live without my Tonys. I love Tony's and also Zatarans. Have you tried Tony's blackened seasoning?? Oh, that stuff is great on chicken and pretty much everything!! ;D Starfire, I'm going to make some up tonight. Tomorrow I was going to make Creole Chicken Pasta for dinner, so you posted with perfect timing. Thanks!!
