Aunt Rosella's BBQ Sauce
1 cup Heinz Catsup
1 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
3 TBSP Minced Onion
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
Simmer for 1/2 hour. Great with Deli-style ham or shredded ham
on a bun. This is so good !!
My Aunt underlines a note, Use only Heinz ! I laugh
every time I see her recipe, written by hand, and wish I could
reach back across the years to see her again. I had all the recipes
laminated, I don't want to loose a single one of them. They are priceless
to me. They are all that remain, pieces of paper, yellowed by time,
written with love, cherished forever.

Spice Rub for Ribs
Mix equal parts of Salt, Pepper,Paprika, and Brown Sugar.
Rub into your meat, babyback ribs, beef ribs, etc and smoke in the smoker till done.
Great flavor.
