Red Lobster Biscuits Makes: 1 dozen
Ingredients: 2 cups Buttermilk baking mix 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese 2/3 cup Milk 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley 1/4 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine buttermilk baking mix, parsley, milk and cheese. Mix with wooden spoon, until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by heaping Tbsp full onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

Kathy, I just made these for dinner tonight and they were great! Fast to make and tasted like the real thing. Yummy /VM

Buttermilk Baking Mix...I don't ever keep any of that stuff around, yet these sound wonderful, and I would like to try them. Is that like Bisquik or however I spell that at the store? Just curious. Deb

Yes that would be like Bisquick or Jiffy Baking mix. I use the Aldi's brand for these- 99 cents a box and it's better than Bisquick.
