mocha chocolate shortbread
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsps instant coffee
2/3 cup butter softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups semi sweet chocolate morsels divided
combine first three ingredients in a mixing bowl, add butter and vanilla
and beat at a low speed with an electric mixer until well blended. stir in
1 cup chocolate morsels.
press dough into a 9 inch square pan. bake @ 325 for 20 mins. sprinkle
remaining chocolate morsels on shortbread and cut into triangles.
