Congratulations, I love that area! Just remember, watch where you stick your hands; there used to be quite a nice population of rattlesnakes in the Iron Mtn area. So now you'll be a Yooper! Pictures are definitely required when you get the keys to your new kingdom. So tell us more; amount of land, what size house, any outbuildings, fencing, woods???

So tell us more; amount of land, what size house, any outbuildings, fencing, woods??? it's less a house and more of a well built hunting cabin. it has deep footings and a concrete slab under it. there are only two storage sheds and an open sided fire wood storage shed. it does have power, well, propane. no phone. the cabin also has a wood stove. it's 80 acres of mostly forest, ???well at least the parts i walked were. i tried walking most of it but i kept getting lost . it will be more fun checking it out when I'm living there.

You picked up on to my use of those little dudes. Actually, if you put your mouse up to my favorite little-blue-shaking-his-head- dude, it says "undecided", but I think of it more in terms of...what do I know about anything. Thanks for the description. That sounds very workable, Dirty. Sounds like something straight out of the Countryside Magazine. Good for you. Just don't squish all those tiny tree seedlings while you are walking around, please. What species of trees are you referring to? Just want to be able to visualize. I hope you have some evergreens, just because they are my favorite. That will really pretty in fall, I bet. Deb
