Saw this on another forum, and thought I'd share the tidbit for any of ya'll that may run into this particular problem...
For those of you in the cold climates, here's a good idea I discovered this morning. Our house is a bit too cold to allow my bread to raise properly. I looked around to see what would be the best way to get this stuff to rise and I spotted my dehydrator, plugged in and drying racks of tomatoes. I set the bread bowl atop the dehydrator and it's working like a charm - doing double duty and saving me some nickels.
