:Pneener neener neener! I have planted my veggies out today-- Cabbage, chinease cabbage, brussel sprouts, brocoli, onions, potatoes, and parsely. Warm season veggies are waiting in the sidelines, getting started in my greenhouse. I planted spinich and pea seeds in the garden. I also planted some of my flower seedlings out. Calendulas and Pansies

Good job, I have some things out but some got washed away in last weeks 7+ inch rain over 2 1/2 days. It's been so nice out for the last couple days-mid to upper 70s and sunny. I got a lot of seeds started and this morning I even cut the areas of the lawn that get done with the walk behind mower. It's still to spongy to use the rider. I was hoping maybe we'd have a couple more dry days so I could finish up some yard work but alas, the rain gods had other ideas. Thunderstorms and rain is supposed to start again this afternoon & is predicted all the way till Friday! Nickie, I would love a greenhouse. Does having it save you money over buying started plants or does the cost of new plastic, etc sort of equal the cost of buying plants? I'm taking notes for my next garden project.

Sorry about the rain Kathy! i can relate. Last summer just as the corn was getting ripe in my garden we had 27" of rain withen a 10 day period! Boy was THAT a mess. UGH. Hopefully you can dry out a bit! The littel greenhouse was a cheepo I bought for under $30. Its just a rack with vinel over it and would be fairly easy to make your self for even less money. I start my seedlings inside in the winter and once its above 30*, I put them out in the little greenhouse on my patio. There is a zippered door that you can open to vent it.
