how can i change my e-mail in my profile? i had to use my hot mail address, which i never use. everytime i try to change to my regular e-mail i don't get a confirmation number. yes, i do check the junk mail folder. thank you.

dirty, let me see what I can find in the admin area. Are you trying to use an AOL addy?? Those AOL addresses seem to be have a knack for losing the activation numbers-no one can figure it out including the Support folks.

But I'll look around and see what else I can find out for you.

dirty, I checked and everytime you change your e-mail you will get a new activation code and a link to re-activate you account.

Since your notices have not shown up before; here's what the Support folks said to try.

First; Put this address in your 'safe' list on the e-mail addy that you want to use as your forum addy.

That's where the activation code will be generated from. If it's in your contact list-usually any mail coming in will go to your inbox. ;D

Then; File my e-mail address somewhere other than just on this Phoenix board so if you can't log in here after you change your e-mail-you can still contact me and we can work on getting you back in here.

i set the [e-mail] on my safe contacts list. still didn't work . the e-mail address i was looking to use is through verizon. oh well it's not that big of a deal.
