I have a new printer. Had it working and everything. the last few days, however all it does is whir and hum, but not print. It has paper, is on, and YES, this time I even checked to be sure it was plugged in!. What's the dern problem? To my knowlage, nothing has been clicked or unclicked to make this happen...

Turn off everything, including your computer and then take out the cartridges and put them back in. Turn everything back on and see if it works. If not, and you hear trying to work, then something is offline and it needs to go to the repair center or be exchanged. Sometimes the rollers are bad. Is it a really new one or just new to you? Oh, and try to feed the paper in 1 page at a time.
